practice in nature
JIAIDO and the 4 rhythms
JIAIDO is built on the understanding that the four elements — fire, water, air and earth — are not only forces of nature, but rhythms that live within us.
The way we move, breathe and feel is shaped by these same qualities. In practice, we work with them consciously: the movements and the breath are attuned to each rhythm, gradually revealing our relation with them.
Practicing outdoors brings this to life in a particular way. The elements are no longer something to visualise or imagine — they are simply present, around you and within you, and the practice becomes a natural extension of that.

about us
Who are we behind JIAIDO?
The holistic method was founded by Ajiit, spiritual teacher and martial arts master. It is based on his teachings and follows a clear, structured path that connects body and awareness, practice and theory.
The classes are led by experienced and trained JIAIDO guides who have been practicing this path for many years themselves. They don’t only teach the practice, but also deepen it through their own experience – which allows them to guide others in an authentic way. Meet the guides here »
The International JIAIDO Association, as part of its public benefit activities, aims to make the practice of mindful movement and self-development accessible to as many people as possible.
The purpose of the free JIAIDO open classes is to give anyone the opportunity to try this practice and experience its effect on both body and mind.
