In a JIAIDO class, you practice guided, mindful movement — simple yet dynamic sequences, synchronized with your breath and sustained attention.

Each class weaves movement, breath and awareness into one structured practice — leaving you more balanced, focused and energized than when you arrived.

Young Adult Classes
Our intensive classes are ideal if you’re seeking a stronger push or a breakthrough in your practice.
Tuesday – Thursday 7:00-8:00 PM

Beginner Classes
Experience the depth of JIAIDO through regular weekly practice in our Meditation Center in Budapest.
Monday – Wednesday 6:30-7:30 PM

Online Classes
Practice from the comfort of your home while still being connected to the community.
Monday – Wednesday 6:00-7:00 PM

English Speaking Classes
We regularly offer classes in English to support the international community living in Budapest.

Morning Classes
