who is ajiit?

Spiritual teacher and founder of JIAIDO

Ajiit is a spiritual teacher and the founder of JIAIDO movement meditation, a method of inner transformation rooted in awareness, movement, and presence. His work is not about providing answers, but about guiding individuals back to the place where real understanding arises—from within.

He has dedicated his life to this purpose, supporting others in their journey toward self-recognition and conscious living.

Ajiit lives and teaches at Mauna House, a silent retreat space in Hungary where he leads regular retreats and workshops. Every aspect of life there—from movement to music, from gardening to shared silence—is part of the teaching. It’s not about stepping away from life, but stepping deeper into it, with full presence.

The Heart of His Teaching

Awareness is the key

At the core of Ajiit’s work is the cultivation of awareness. Not as an abstract idea, but as a living ability—one that must be developed, strengthened, and embodied.

“Awareness is the root. Without it, there is no transformation.”

Ajiit

His teachings invite you to bring presence into every moment of your life—not by withdrawing from the world, but by participating in it more consciously. Whether through touch, dialogue, or discipline, his approach leads you beyond your personal stories and into a deeper recognition of who you truly are.

A Transformative Practice of Presence, Movement, and Inner Awakening

JIAIDO emerged from Ajiit’s decades-long personal exploration across many fields—martial arts, psychotherapy, movement, and his deep spiritual journey. Throughout his path, he recognized a fundamental gap: while many of us talk about the importance of presence or try to think our way into the Now, this mental understanding is not enough. We may tell ourselves to “be present,” but without conscious practice, the mind continues to wander, pulled by memories, thoughts, and emotions.

That’s why JIAIDO was born—not as a concept, but as a practice. A path to truly embody presence.

Ajiit created JIAIDO to unite meditation, conscious movement, breathwork, and touch into a single, dynamic system that invites you into direct experience. It helps you step beyond the mental noise and reconnect with life as it is—here and now. Not through ideas, but through movement. Not by the effort of the mind, but by engaging your whole being.

“We don’t practice to escape life. We practice to enter it—fully awake.”

JIAIDO is not a fixed method, but a living, evolving form that mirrors the movement of life itself. It includes bodywork, meditation, creative expression, and partner-based touch practices, all rooted in awareness. It responds to a deep human need: to find our way back to ourselves—not just intellectually, but through every cell, breath, and movement.

JIAIDO is the journey inward. From yourself, to yourself.

BEYOND THE MASTER

A life of joy and contentment

Those who meet Ajiit often speak of his clarity, his sharp presence, and his ability to see what lies beneath words. But his path is not about personality. It is about becoming real.

“Success is not about having loads of money, name, or fame.
True success is when each and every action you take is filled with joy and contentment.”

Life around him is quiet. Practical. Focused. His retreat center, Mauna House and his method, JIAIDO reflect his vision of a space where daily life and spiritual practice are not separate. Everything is part of the teaching—movement, meditation, creativity, touch, sharing a meal. Everything is an opportunity to become more aware and awake.
