THE holistic art of self-development

Deepen Your JIAIDO Practice with a Transformative Retreat

As a JIAIDO practitioner, you already know the power of movement meditation. Now, step further into the holistic path of JIAIDO with a retreat designed exclusively for practitioners who wish to refine their practice, deepen their understanding, and integrate the philosophy into daily life.

Held at Mauna House, the headquarters of the International JIAIDO Association, in the serene surroundings of Szőlősgyörök near Lake Balaton, this 4-day retreat offers a rare opportunity to learn directly from Ajiit, the founder of JIAIDO. Through intensive practice, guided sessions, and personal insights, you will explore the holistic method of JIAIDO—from the art of movement meditation to bodywork, creativity, and self-awareness.

This retreat offers a unique opportunity to expand your movement meditation practice, helping you to:

  • Refine your technique while deepening your connection to presence and flow
  • Explore Ate bodywork to enhance body awareness and energetic alignment.
  • Cultivate creativity and self-expression rooted in stillness
  • Integrate JIAIDO principles for mental, emotional, and spiritual growth

Surrounded by a supportive community of practitioners, you will experience JIAIDO as a holistic practice for self-development, reconnect with your inner guidance, and awaken new dimensions of awareness and presence.

Join us for this enriching experience, and let movement and meditation reveal their full potential in the Here and Now.

  • Thank you for this great experience, it really recharged me. Ajiit’s teachings and wisdom, the patience and attentiveness of the guides and the kindness and unity of the groupmates fundamentally changed my image of the world and people at the age of 46.
You are a super good team!
