who are we?

JIAIDO is not just something we teach.
It’s our way of living.
being present – as one
the JIAIDO Guides’ perspective: the journey shared
In the JIAIDO system, we don’t refer to ourselves as “teachers,” but as guides. This is because we don’t teach from a place of distance or superiority — we practice alongside you.
All of us who lead sessions have walked — and continue to walk — the very same path: the path of self-awareness, presence, and transformation. What we share comes from direct personal experience, rooted in years of dedicated practice and deep inner work.
We are not just experts — we are fellow travelers. Our role is to support you, reflect back what we see, and create a safe space where you can reconnect with what is already within you.
JIAIDO is a living path. Guiding others along it is one of the most meaningful ways for us to keep growing, learning, and deepening our own practice.

As a guide, I experience the true beauty of this path when I share it with others. It is a privilege to support individuals in their own journeys, and I believe it is essential to make this unique method accessible to as many people as possible.

Sharing this holistic system with others has become an essential part of my path, as making it accessible to others is just as transformative as the practice itself.

As I guide others on this path, I experience the depth of JIAIDO even more clearly—because once someone touches their own pure state, it becomes impossible to let it go. After all, this is what we are all seeking—whether externally or internally—the path to self-love.

It relaxes, soothes, and reconnects — creating a safe, deeply relaxed state that helps you turn inward. This process doesn’t just affect the body, but reaches the whole being.
On the path of self-awareness, facing ourselves is inevitable — and Ate bodywork offers a soft and compassionate way to do so. During treatments, long-held blocks and emotional or mental tensions can gently release.
For me, Ate bodywork is a beautiful way to understand how the mind works and to deepen a natural, authentic connection with ourselves.

Through JIAIDO, I discovered that meditation isn’t just a technique or a state to reach. It’s a perspective—a way of being, a way of looking at life. I also understood that transformation doesn’t come as a single realization, but through consistent presence, through practice and honesty. And that sense of ‘home’ I was always looking for—is here and now.
Guiding others on this path is deeply humbling. Each step they take reflects something in me, and the practice keeps unfolding in new ways. It’s not a destination—it’s life itself.
