No. JIAIDO Dance Meditation is not choreographed dance, and it doesn’t require any prior experience.
We guide you step by step through the foundational movements, allowing you to gradually build trust and freedom in your own self-expression.

Each session begins with a shared moment of tuning in, followed by learning a few basic movements.
Building on these foundations, we gradually move toward freer dance—always with mindful presence. The practice closes with grounding, sharing, or a short meditation.

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely—preferably in light or white colors.
In JIAIDO, white symbolizes unity and openness.
You won’t need shoes; a pair of light-colored socks will be just right.

And don’t forget to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the session.

The goal JIAIDO Dance Meditation is not to teach you how to dance, but to help you remove the inner obstacles that prevent you from moving — and living — freely. Through mindful movement, you begin to recognize and release physical tension, emotional blocks, and mental noise. The practice invites you to reconnect with your body, express yourself honestly, and discover a deeper sense of presence, self-acceptance, and inner freedom.
