JIAIDO Ate is a unique bodywork method that combines conscious touch, breathing and presence to release emotional, mental and physical blocks stored in the body.

Developed by spiritual teacher Ajiit as part of the holistic method of JIAIDO, this practice invites you to experience deep relaxation, clarity, and a renewed connection with yourself.

In this one-day workshop, you will learn the basic principles of JIAIDO Ate Bodywork and experience its benefits on yourself.

No, JIAIDO Ate is not a massage. While it involves touch, its purpose is not to manipulate muscles but to awaken presence, sensitivity, and awareness through conscious contact. It is a meditative, partner-based bodywork practice that supports emotional release, grounding, and deeper connection with oneself.

Please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement. Bring a water bottle and a pair of socks. We’ll provide everything else you need for the workshop.

Yes. The atmosphere is supportive, respectful, and grounded in awareness. While deep emotional experiences may arise, you’ll always be guided with care and can participate in a way that feels safe for you.

The workshop is led by experienced JIAIDO Ate guides who have been trained extensively in the method. Their presence and understanding of the process create a safe, supportive space, helping participants go beyond surface-level experience into deeper awareness and relaxation.

The workshop takes place at the JIAIDO Academy, the heart and home of the International JIAIDO Association.

Located in Budapest’s 13th district, the Academy is our Meditation Center, dedicated to inner growth, conscious movement, and meditation.
