MEANING
The philosophy Of JIAIDO
The name JIAIDO derives from three Japanese kanjis:
JI – Self
AI – Love
DO – Path or Practice
Together, they signify
The Path to Love Oneself.

This philosophy emphasizes the journey of embracing your authentic self, not in a superficial or self-centered way, but as the deep recognition of your true value — beyond roles, thoughts, and appearances.
It’s about cultivating a compassionate and loving relationship with yourself, leading to genuine connections with others and the world.

The Origin of the Path
JIAIDO was created by Ajiit, a contemporary master of inner disciplines, who has dedicated his life to guiding others toward self-awareness and conscious living.
Drawing from decades of spiritual and physical practice, he developed this unique movement meditation as a complete and accessible system to support deep inner transformation — regardless of age, background, or belief.
The method is currently practiced in Hungary and supported by a growing international community of students and certified instructors.

founder message
“JIAIDO is an invitation, a motivation to look towards your own self.
In our daily life we are so occupied with the things of the world, the things we can see and touch, that we forget about our own nature – because that is invisible. If you would like to be happy, if you would like to be satisfied with your own existence, you need to get close to your own being.
JIAIDO means The Path To Love OneSelf –
it leads you to live in friendship with yourself.”
